Our very own rare breed Mangalitsa x Berkshire pigs, two of the best tasting pork breeds, slower growing and hardy. Our pigs work all over Purbeck on conservation sites and clearance work foraging for large parts of their diet. The meat is darker, richer and often fattier than modern intensive production.
