We are excited to introduce a Salt Pig Sunday carvery showcasing some of Dorset’s finest produce, including our very own outdoor reared Purbeck meat. The daily menu focuses on fresh ingredients cooked from scratch daily with a changing ‘Cuts & Catches’ Board.
